Fandom Mashup #115

Fandom Mashups
Fandom Mashups is an original feature here at Lunar Rainbows Reviews.  Every week, I propose a unique fictional scenario and then we build our own personal dream team of five fictional characters from five different fandoms to complete the task!  Anyone is welcome to join up - all I ask is that you link back to me somewhere in your post :)

I hope everyone is having a lovely weekend so far and that today will likewise be enjoyable for everyone! It was Canada yesterday here so I actually enjoyed a rare Saturday off :O It rained throughout the day though so we weren't able to take in the festivities or fireworks. Oh well, a Saturday off is a Saturday off nonetheless!  Speaking of people who enjoy festivities...much more than myself:

Where are the Extroverts at?  Who are your 5 favorite fictional social-butterflies?

Ginny Weasley

Maybe not so much movie Ginny, but book Ginny was very outgoing (other than around Harry when she was younger). She certainly had a lot of friends and an active social life - she was popular, she was known to stand up for Luna, she played sports, the whole nine yards!

The Doctor

This might vary slightly based on what incarnation he's on but nevertheless The Doctor is always willing to chat up strangers! He might keep his entourage small (which is one of the reasons why I love him) but he's quite social all the same.

Richard Gansey III

Gansey is another character that might keep his social circle small, but when it comes down to it, he was the friendliest and most outgoing of the bunch! He'd often be sought out by people outside his entourage and he was always friendly and polite!

Homer Simpson

Homer Simpson is a party animal.  He might be obnoxious and loud but that doesn't mean he isn't social.  He's always willing to go out in crowd for celebrations and he's always willing to participate when angry mobs form LOL!

Spongebob Squarepants

I adore Spongebob even though I'm nothing like him - I'm definitely more like Squidward haha! Regardless, there's not denying that Spongebob is a friendly, people-person (or Sponge I guess...)  and that he's as social as they come :)

Who are your favorite fiction extroverts?

  2. Happy belated Canada Day! Glad you got a Saturday off, even though it rained!

I wish I had Gansey's social skills, lol. He could really turn on the charm! Hehe- Homer! He certainly isn't shy and so true about how he's always right there whenever an angry mob is around (which seems to happen quite often in Springfield, LOL)!

  3. Ginny and the Doctor are some of my favorite extroverts! I read The Raven Boys once a long while back, so I don't remember Gansey all that much. BUT I do have plans to reread that book and continue the series this summer. :)

This blog is an award-free zone. I appreciate the thought but I can't invest the time needed.
