Harry Potter Moment #194

Harry Potter Moment of the Week
Harry Potter Moment of the Week was created by Leah @ Uncorked Thoughts  and is hosted here @ Lunar Rainbows Reviews. The idea is to share a favorite moment, magical item, character, spell, quote or memory  from the books, films or J.K.Rowling herself!  How to join up &  upcoming topics here.

Hello Potterheads! Happy Thursday :) I hope you're all in good form today because we're going to talk about a very important topic: sass.  Case in point:

Best moment of pure SASS?

People often underestimate this series as being childish, or they get caught up in DYING OF FEELS and forget our the Harry Potter Series is also full of humor and, especially sass.  There are lots of moments to chose from, especially in the books and especially from book Harry.  Here are a few choice classics:

The ONE time he actually did what he was told^^

When he sassily pointed out the obvious^^

But this next one is the clear winner for me and the sassiest bit of sass to ever sass.  Truly, this will go down in history:

Book Harry is the KING of Sass!

What's your favorite sassy moment in the series?

  1. Ah I love that last one! Nice to see him be a little snarky with authority figures! :):)

  2. YAASSSSSS. The last one especially is also for me THE sassy Harry moment. And I definitely miss that aspect from the movies.

  3. Yes, "There's no need to call me 'Sir', Professor"! That was the one that instantly popped into my head when I saw your theme this week, definitely one of the best, and most sassy, lines!

  4. When I saw your post, I was like, "D'OH! I did the wrong topic this week!" XD

Both of those moments with Snape are what immediately pop into my head when I think of sass in the series. We definitely needed to see more of sassy Harry (and feisty Ginny) in the films!

  5. THOSE MOMENTS! Forever sad Harry lost some of his sass in the movies. He had some great moments!

I LOVE comments & do my best to return every one a.s.a.p. ♥
