Stacking the Shelves *52*

Stacking the Shelves

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly feature hosted by Tynga's Reviews showcasing new books we've gotten a hold of (bought/given/gifted/trade/for review).

Hello all and welcome to my very belated Holiday StS post! My lateness is not due to lack of excitement because I was lucky enough to get an absolutely fabulous assortment of books this year, thanks to wonderful bookish friends, as well as giftcards for books from my family!  So without further ado, feast your eyes on these pretties:

The Knife of Never Letting Go by Patrick Ness (Chaos Walking #1), Ink and Bone by Rachel Caine (The Great Library #1), Avatar: The Last Airbender: Smoke and Shadow 1 by Gene Luen Yang  (Smoke and Shadow #1), Firefight by Brandon Sanderson (Reckoners #2) Half Bad by Sally Green (The Half Bad Trilogy #1)

Many thanks to Lee, Aylee, Ula for these awesome books! ♥♥♥

Harry Potter Coloring Book by Warner Brothers, Doctor Who Colouring Book by BBC

Thanks to my mom for the giftcard that bought these^^

SabrielLiraelAbhorsen & Across the Wall by Garth Nix (Abhorsen #1, 2, 3, 3.5)

Thanks to my boss for the giftcard that bought physical copies of my beloved series^^

The Raven Prophecy Tarot by Maggie Stiefvater

Finally thanks to my boyfriend for the must-have artwork that graces this Tarot Deck

I don't think I've ever had such a wonderfully bookish Christmas, I feel so very lucky to have such wonderfully bookish friends who know me so well, as well as family and loved ones that are willing to enable my obsession  LOL!

  5. I like that cover of Ink and Bone a lot! And the coloring books- yay! LOL. I think gift cards are one of the best gifts- who doesn't love getting a book and just handing over the card? Free books! Whenever I get one I'm ready to head right to the bookstore ha ha.

    Have a great week!

  14. Those coloring books look awesome. I haven’t seen many pictures for the Doctor Who one, but I’m guessing it’s as cool as the cover lets on. I’ve just recently added the Old Kingdom books to my TBR. I’ve yet to read them but I’m pretty excited about picking up these books. That tarot deck though *_* I really, really need to get my hands on those cards :D I’m sure the artwork is gorgeous! Enjoy all your new books and your tarot deck Micheline ^^

  16. I really, really, really, really, really want the HP coloring books. I was looking through all that are available and definitely plan on getting those at some point. I don't usually get books as gifts, but I was able to use an Amazon gift card that my sister gave me for Christmas to pick up a few :D Great haul here!
