Harry Potter Moment #120

Harry Potter Moment of the Week

Harry Potter Moment of the Week is a  meme hosted by Leah @ Uncorked Thoughts  and Me @ Lunar Rainbows Reviews. The idea is to share a favorite moment, magical item, character, spell, quote, object from the books, films or J.K.Rowling herself!  How to join up &  upcoming topics here.

Would you rather care for a blast ended skrewt or get hit with the slug eating curse?

Ugh. I've already mentioned to you all how much I loathe those damn blast ended skrewts so you'd think this would be a no-brainer. But...you'd be wrong. Barfing up slugs with nothing to do but wait till it stops sounds horrifying. At least, the students took care of those blast ended skrewts as a group. In class. With a giant as a teacher in case those crazy creatures got loose.  That sounds just slightly better than having slugs coming out of me for days. Man, that's the kind of thing that stays with you I bet - I know I'd never forget it O.O

*heurgh*

  1. I'm with you. Neither of them sound very fun, but at least you can have help with the skrewts. You're suffering the slug curse alone.

    1. EXACTLY! You have friends to face the skrewts but no amount of friends can help with barfing up slogs o_O

  2. NO WAY I'm going for that slug curse. The idea alone is terrifying. I hate vomiting, so let alone those slimy slugs.. *shivers*

    1. Right?! Throwing up is the worst, but imagine how much worse it would be with slugs *shudder* I'll take those damn skrewts any day!

  3. Even if I were looking after the skrewt all on my own, I'd still take that over the slugs any day! Soooo gross!

    1. A-fucking-greed! Those skrewts are nightmares but I'd gladly care for a whole pack of them before suffering through that slug curse. Bleh!
