Which Weasley Character Would You Be?
This is a fantastic question! Who doesn't love the Weasleys?! As much as I truly adore Ron, Fred and George, as cool as Bill and Charley are and as much as my heart will always belong to Mr and Mrs Weasley, there's one Weasley I've always identified with the most (and no, it ain't Percy!)
From the moment we first met Ginny as a quiet young girl with a massive crush on Harry Potter, she instantly became my kindred spirit. And the more we got to know about her, the more I loved her. She's Harry's #1 fangirl (like me) plus she's crazy powerful, despite her small size. In the books she's feisty, independent and a bit of a rebel. And when her whole romance with Harry developed I was swooning and left wishing that the Harry Potter series had a little more romance to it...I would have loved to bask in all of their stolen moments ♥ Beyond being the main protagonist's love interest, Ginny is a girl that is a fitting role-model in her own right. I know Hermione comes off a bit more rebellious and less stuffy in the films, but I never forgot that Ginny was the original rebel of the series.
Ginevra Molly "Ginny" Weasley was a pure-blood witch, the youngest of Arthur and Molly Weasley's seven children, and the first female to be born into the Weasley line for several generations. She attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and was sorted into Gryffindor house. During her first year, she came under the influence of the memory of Tom Riddle's sixteen-year-old self, preserved in a diary, and was forced to re-open the Chamber of Secrets, endangering the lives of many students, including herself.Following that ordeal, Ginny grew into a confident young woman, becoming an important member of Dumbledore's Army, an organisation taught and led by Harry Potter. She would later fight in the Battle of the Department of Mysteries in 1996, the Battle of the Astronomy Tower in 1997, and the Battle of Hogwarts in 1998. She was also an accomplished Quidditch player, playing Chaser and Seeker at different times for the Gryffindor House team. After the Second Wizarding War she became a professional Quidditch player for the Holyhead Harpies. Upon retiring from the Harpies, Ginny became the senior Quidditch correspondent for the Daily Prophet. -Source
